How is it with my paleo diet

Nu er det lige ved at være et år siden, jeg ændrede min livsstil og mine kostvaner. Jeg gik over på Palæo kosten. Jeg tænkte derfor du måske gerne ville vide hvordan det er gået, hvad der er godt og hvad der har været svært og om jeg har nogle gode råd.

I relation til mit helbred, så har det været det bedste jeg kunne gøre for mig selv. Selv om jeg stadig synes jeg er “ung” og frisk, så var jeg alligevel begyndt at kunne mærke at kroppen knagede. For eksempel var jeg øm i mine ankler, knæ og hofter når jeg vågnede om morgenen. Jeg kunne mærke at jeg lige skulle i gang. Siden jeg har skiftet til Palæo kosten har jeg ikke haft ømhed og stivhed i kroppen.

Dertil kommer at jeg helt uden at gøre noget ekstra tabte først 10 kilo og så senere 4 kilo. Så derfor er min klare konklusion at min krop har takket mig for at stoppe med at fylde sukker og stivelse på som brændstof.

Det som er vanskeligt med stenalder kosten er, at man ikke må spiste korn og dermed ikke brød. Problemet er at brød er en fantastisk opfindelse fordi det gør det let at have med med og det gør det let at tilberede et hurtigt måltid – man spiser bare en skive brød og vupti så har man fået et måltid.

Derfor har vi virkelig dyrket det at finde gode alternativer til brød. Og jo, der findes opskrifter på nøddebrød og andre slags brød uden mel.

Jeg er meget glad for nøddebrødet, men når man spiser nødebrød hver dag, kan man blive træt af nøddebrød. Derfor veksler vi med andre former for stenalderbrød.

En af mulighederne er knækbrød.

Den anden dag så jeg i mit lokale supermarked at man kunne købe den slags knækbrød. Men hold nu op, hvor var det dyrt. Til gengæld er det ikke så svært at bage.

Om morgenen spiser vi gerne skyr blandet med græsk youghurt som vi hælder over forskellige frugter og topper med lidt hakkede mandler.

Selv om det er lækkert med frisk frugt hver morgen, så kan jeg ind i mellem godt savne mit morgenbrød. Især i weekenden, hvis vi gerne vil hygge med et godt morgenbord. Så her har vi fundet en dejlig opskrift på brød som kan bruges til boller, som pølsebrød og som morgenbrød.

Min erfaring med palæo kosten er at det er super sundt og kroppen takker for den gode behandling. Jeg kan derfor varmt anbefale dig at prøve kræfter med palæo.

Now it’s about to be a year ago, I changed my lifestyle and my eating habits. I went over to the Paleo diet. I was wondering if you would like to know what has happened , what is good and what has been difficult and I have some good advice.

In relation to my health, it has been the best I could do for myself . Although I still think I’m ” young ” and fresh, so I was starting to feel that the body creaked . For example, I was sore in my ankles , knees and hips when I woke up in the morning. I felt that I just had to get going before it stopped hurting. Since I switched to the Paleo diet I have not had soreness and stiffness in the body in the morning.

In addition, I without doing anything extra lost 10 kg and then later four kilograms . So it is my firm conclusion that my body has thanked me for stopping by using sugar and starch as fuel.

It is difficult to follow paleo diet when you should not eat grains and no bread . The problem is that bread is a great invention because it makes it easy to bring along and that makes it easy to prepare a quick meal – eating just a slice of bread and voila you have had a meal.

Therefore, we have really looked hard to find good alternatives to bread. And yes, there are recipes for nut bread and other kinds of bread without flour.

I am very happy about the nut bread, but when you eat nødebrød every day, you get tired of nut bread. Therefore, we alternate with other paleo bread.

One possibility is crispbread .

The other day I saw in my local supermarket that you could buy this kind of crisp bread . But come on , that was expensive. But it’s not that hard to bake.

In the morning , we eat like curds mixed with Greek yoghurt as we pour over various fruits and tops with a little chopped almonds .

While it is delicious with fresh fruit every morning , then I sometimes do miss my bread . Especially on weekends, if we want to enjoy a good breakfast . So here we have found a wonderful recipe for bread that can be used to make rolls sausage bread and rolls .
