Genuine paleo snack tastes sinful good – banana tops

For et halvt år siden, traf jeg en beslutning om at jeg ville ændre min livsstil. Jeg besluttede at leve af stenalderkost. Det var ikke en slankekur, men en livsstils ændring.

Jeg var meget overrasket over at jeg meget hurtigt begyndte at tabe mig, og at jeg i løbet af kort tid havde tabt 10 kilo.

Jeg troede det ville blive svært at undvære kartofler, ris, pasta, hvidt brød og tilsat sukker. Men det viste sig at det ikke var svært. For jeg fandt ud af at jeg i stedet hver eneste dag kunne spise lækker mad som var en café eller restaurant værdig.

Det var ikke fordi jeg ikke spiste lækker mad før, men jeg synes bare at de friske grøntsager og salater er mere indbydende end kartofler.

Med stenalder kost er der ikke noget der hedder at tælle kalorier eller at gå rundt og være småsulten. Og jeg behøver heller ikke undvære de dejlige snacks, som jeg før kunne få i form af kager, chips eller slik.

I dag vil jeg dele en skøn opskrift på nogle meget lækre banantoppe med dig.

De laves som navnet antyder af bananer, hvilket giver dem en dejlig sødmefyldt frugtsmag.

 5 dl. Hakkede nødder gerne mandler.

175 gram tørrede dadler og 3 bananer

1 dl kokusmel

3/4 dl. kokusolie og 1 tsk vanillepulver

Sådan gør du

Hak nødderne til fint mel i minihakker eller foodprocessor. Fjern stenene fra dadlerne og blend dadler og bananer til de er helt moset ud. Tilsæt de hakkede nødder og kokusmelet og blend de sammen. Tilsæt kokusolien og vanille pulveret og blend det sammen.

Lad dejen hvilke 15 til 20 minutter.

Sæt nu dejen på bagepapir på bagpladen med to skeer.

Bages i forvarmet ovn på 175 grader celsius i 15 til 20 minutter.

Banantoppene kan fint holde sig fint et par dage i lufttæt beholder og de kan også sagtens fryses ned.

Jeg synes de smager syndigt godt, men der er intet tilsat sukker i til trods for den dejlige søde smag.

Half a year ago, I made a decision that I would change my lifestyle . I decided to live by Stone Age diet. It was not a diet but a lifestyle change .

I was very surprised that I very quickly began to lose me and that I am in a short time had lost 10 pounds.

I thought it would be difficult to do without potatoes, rice , pasta, white bread and sugar added. But it turned out that it was not difficult. Because I found out that instead every single day could eat delicious food which was a café or restaurant worthy .

It was not because I did not eat delicious food before, but I just think that the fresh vegetables and salads are more inviting than potatoes.

With Stone Age diet is no such thing as counting calories or going around and being peckish . And I do not do without the wonderful snacks as I could before getting in the form of cakes , chips or candy .

Today I want to share a wonderful recipe for some very delicious banana tops with you.

They are made as the name suggests bananas , giving them a nice delightfully fruity taste .

5 dl . Chopped nuts like almonds .

175 grams of dried dates and 3 bananas

1 dl kokusmel

3/4 cup . kokusolie and 1 teaspoon vanilla powder

How?

Chop the nuts into fine flour in mini chopper or food processor . Remove the stones from dadlerne and blend dates and bananas until they are completely crushed out . Add the chopped nuts and kokusmelet and blend together. Add kokusolien and vanilla powder and blend it together.

Let the dough which 15 to 20 minutes .

Now put the dough on baking paper on the backplate with two spoons.

Bake in preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.

Banana peaks may well stay fine for a few days in an airtight container and they can also be frozen down.

I think they taste sinfully good , but there is no added sugar in spite of the lovely sweet taste .
