Hvis du er fast læser af bloggen, så ved du at jeg har ændret min livsstil og nu spiser stenalderkost. Det har jeg gjort siden April 2013, så i dag er det helt naturligt for mig ikke at spise tilsat sukker og kornprodukter. I stedet spiser jeg kerner, nødder, frugter, grøntsager, kød og fedt.

Selv om mælk ikke er en del af en stenalderkost så drikker jeg stadig mælk og spiser stadig mælkeprodukter. På den måde kan mit kostvalg godt sammenlignes med LCHF som betyder Low Carb High Fat, dog fastholder jeg at jeg ikke spiser tilsat sukker.

Det er slet ikke så svært at undvære sukker, efter ganske kort tid ændre smagsløgene sig og man kan pludselig smage den naturlige sødme i maden.

I sommers da det var dejligt varmt tænkte jeg at vi skulle have en is, så da is bilen kom forbi købte jeg en kasse is. Stor var min skuffelse, for jeg kunne kun spise det halve af isen, fordi jeg synes den var alt for sød og fordi jeg følte at det stor sukker indhold gav mig halsbrand.

Da jeg ikke spiser sukker og korn, har jeg haft behov for at finde på andre snack emner. Til den lille lækkersult spiser jeg Oopsis. Oppsis er nogle små brød, som jeg har fundet opskriften på i Jane Faerbers bog LCHF, Spis dig mæt & Glad.

Det er en super bog med mange lækre opskrifter. Det at ændre sin kost så drastisk betyder også at man skal lære at lave mad på ny. Til gengæld spiser jeg lækker og sund mad hver eneste dag.

Da jeg selv er så glad for de her Oopsis vil jeg dele opskriften med dig. Oopsis indeholder hverken mel eller nødder, alligevel mætter de godt, og bedst af alt så påvirker de ikke blodsukkeret.

Oopsis bages af en grundopskrift:

  • 3 æg
  • et knips salt
  • ½ tsk bagepulver
  • 100 gr Phillidelphia (flødeost)
  • ½ tsk loppefrøskaller

Del æggeblommerne fra hviderne i to skåle og pisk hviderne stive sammen med salt og bagepulver. Pisk æggeblommerne i den anden skål med Phillidelphia og tilsæt herefter loppefrøskallerne.

Vend massen med æggeblommer ned i æggehviderne og vend det sammen ind til dejen er jævn. Fordel dejen i små klatter på en bageplade med bagepapir og bag dem i 30 minutter ved 150 grader.

Oopsis kan laves i 5 varianter. Den første variant er naturel på grundopskriften.

Naan Oopsis:

Tilsæt 1 fed presset hvidløg i dejen og drys med nigellafrø inden bagning.

Kanel Oopsis:

Tilsæt e spsk mandelmel og 2 tsk stødt kanel og 1 tsk stødt kardemomme i dejen inden bagning.

Hindbær Oopsis:

Tilsæt 1 spsk kokusfibre, 1 tsk vaniljepulver, 1 tk kardemomme og 80 gr hindbær i dejen inden bagning.

Sesam Oopsis:

Tilsæt e spsk sesammel i dejen inden bagning og drys med sesamfrø på toppen.

Sådan ser de ud når de er bagt, de smager fantastisk og mætter godt.

If you are a regular reader of the blog , then you know that I changed my lifestyle and now eat Paleolithic diet. I have been doing since April 2013 so that today it is quite natural for me not to eat added sugar and cereals . Instead I eat grains, nuts , fruits , vegetables, meat and fat.

Although milk is not part of a Paleolithic diet drink so I still milk and still eat dairy products. In this way, my dietary choices well compared with LCHF which means Low Carb High Fat , however, I maintain that I do not eat sugar added.

It’s not that hard to do without sugar , after a short time alter the taste buds themselves and you can suddenly taste the natural sweetness in food.

In the summer when it was nice and warm I thought that we should have an ice cream , so when is the car passed , I bought a carton of ice cream . Great was my disappointment , I could only eat half of the ice , because I think it was too sweet and because I felt that the large sugar content gave me heartburn.

Since I do not eat sugar and grain , I have had the need to find other snack items. For the small delicious hunger I eat Oopsis . Oppsis are some small bread that I found the recipe in Jane Faerbers book LCHF , Eat your fill & Happy .

It’s a great book with many delicious recipes. The changing his diet so drastically also means that you have to learn to cook again . On the other hand , I eat delicious and healthy food every day.

Since I ‘m so glad these Oopsis I will share the recipe with you. Oopsis contains no flour or nuts, yet fills the well, and best of all they do not affect blood sugar levels.

Oopsis baked by a basic recipe :

  • 3 eggs
  • a snap of salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 g Phillidelphia ( cream cheese )
  • ½ teaspoon of psyllium husk

Share the egg yolks from the whites into two bowls and whip whites with salt and baking powder. Beat the egg yolks in another bowl with Phillidelphia then add loppefrøskallerne .

Turn the mixture with the egg yolks into the egg whites and fold together into the batter is smooth. Divide the dough into small blobs on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes at 150 degrees.

Oopsis can be made in 5 variants. The first variant is naturel because the recipe.

Naan Oopsis :

Add 1 clove garlic in the dough and sprinkle with nigellafrø before baking.

Cinnamon Oopsis :

Add e tbsp almond flour and 2 tsp ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon ground cardamom in the dough before baking.

Raspberry Oopsis :

Add 1 tablespoon kokusfibre , 1 teaspoon vanilla powder, 1 tk cardamom and 80 gr raspberries into the batter before baking.

Sesame Oopsis :
Add e tbsp sesammel in the dough before baking and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.

They look good when they are baked , they taste great and fill you up .
