Der er ingen undskylding, endnu et forskningsresultat som beviser at motion er sundt og godt. Faktisk bliver hjernen ligefrem klogere af at du træner hårdt og får syre i benene. Jo den er god nok, jeg tænkte også kan det virkelig passe.

Jeg ved ikke om du kender dette forskningsresultat, men jeg synes faktisk det giver god mening idet vi mennesker jo ikke er lavet til det meget “passive” liv vi lever. Derfor vil jeg lige dele denne viden med dig.

Musklerne hviner, mælkesyren brænder. Jeg vil tro at du ligesom jeg hader det, men måske skal vi lære at elske det. Nye forsøg viser, at mælkesyre kan være med til at danne nye nerveceller i hjernen.

Når lår og lægmuskler syrer til under træning, har du måske tænkt, at mælkesyre kun ødelægger træningen og er et affaldsstof, som skal væk så hurtigt som muligt.

Det finurlige er imidlertid, at mælkesyre ikke kun er negativt for vores krop, snarere tværtimod.
