To handle the fear of stress.  Når man som jeg har været knækket to gange på grund af stress, så må jeg indrømme at jeg er meget opmærksom og også bange for at blive ramt igen.

Jeg er bange fordi jeg ved at konsekvenserne ved stress bliver mere og mere alvorlige for hver gang man rammes.

Og det er ingen hemmelighed at jeg denne gang har været virkelig hårdt ramt. Heldigvis er jeg kommet mig 100 % og har som sådan ingen mén, udover at jeg skal være opmærksom på at min stress tærskel er blevet mindre.

Første gang jeg blev ramt var også alvorligt og jeg var så langt ude at jeg var lige før min krop havde taget hovedafbryderen.

Denne gang var bestemt også alvorlig, også fordi jeg denne gang også havde trukket linen så langt ud at den rent faktisk knækkede.

Derfor ved jeg at jeg skal passe på mig selv. Jeg er vitterlig stærk som en okse og kan blive ved med at køre på, kan lige som ikke finde ud af at geare ned og sige nu er det nok.

Derfor er jeg blevet meget opmærksom på de små signaler som min krop sender mig. Jeg har jo min gode gamle – og også irriterende – ven, som passer på mig.

Faktum er at min daglige hovepine er nede på et absolut minimum og min migræne viser sig fra sin virkelig pæne side. Hvis blot jeg sørger for at få min søvn og ikke spise de ting som jeg ikke så godt kan tåle, så kan der faktisk gå en måned eller to mellem jeg får et anfald.

Begge gange inden jeg gik ned med stress var min daglige hovedpine virkelig slem samtidig med jeg have flere migræneanfald om måneden – nærmest flere om ugen.

Derfor bruger jeg min hovedpine som en lille guide til at vide hvor jeg er i forhold til stress. Det er jo ikke stress at have travlt, det er stress når man i gennem længere tide har mere at se til end man kan nå og magte. Når man skal skrue ned for søvn og afslappende og behagelige aktiviteter.

To handle the fear of stress. Because I have been broken down with of stress, I must admit that I am very aware and afraid of getting stressed again.

I’m afraid because I know that the consequences of stress are becoming more serious each time you are getting sick.

And it is no secret that this time I have been really hard hit. Fortunately, I am 100% fit again and as such has no injury, except that I should be aware that my stress level has been reduced.

The first time I was hit was serious and I was so far out that I was right before my body had taken the main switch.

This time it was certainly serious too, because this time I also had drawn the stress so far that I actually broke down.

Therefore I know that I must take care of myself. I am truly strong as an ox and can continue to run on and on, I might not figure out how to wind down and say enough is enough.

Therefore, I have become very aware of the small signals that my body is sending me. I have my good old – and annoying friend my migraine – which basicly takes care of me and warn me to stress down .

The fact is that my daily head ache is reduced to an absolute minimum and my migraine is at its really neat page. If only I make sure to get my sleep and do not eat the things that I allergic to, then there actually is a month or two between I get a seizure.

Both times before I went down with stress my as daily headaches really bad while I have more migraine attacks per month – almost more a week.

Therefore, I use my headache as a small guide to know where I am in relation to stress. It’s not stress to be busy, it’s stress when you in a long time have more to look for than you are able to achieve and manage. When you don’t get enough sleep and relaxing and pleasurable activities in between the busy activities.
