Don’t you get lonely? Jep Selv om jeg ikke kan forstå det så er det spørgsmålet jeg temmelig ofte bliver stillet.

Svaret er kort og godt, nej det gør jeg ikke. Jeg hygger mig faktisk i mit eget selskab og desuden har jeg både gode veninder og en god familie.

Her den anden dag havde vi på arbejdet besøg af en erhvervs psykolog som gav et indlæg omkring stress. Hun gave for eksempel gode øvelser til at “snyde2 hjernen til at tro den er glad.

Netop når vi er stresset er vi ikke så gode til at slappe af og grine, og latter er vigtig fordi latter frigiver endorfiner i hjernen som igen er med til at nedbringe antallet af stresshormoner i hjernen.

Jeg har hørt om latter terapi som kan hjælpe på smerter. Og jeg har prøvet latter terapi, hvor man starter med at grine påtaget og inden man ser sig om så griner man faktisk rigtig.

Latter er smittende så hvis man gør det sammen med andre, ja så har jeg oplevet at det giver virkelig stor morskab.

The answer is, quite simply, no I do not. I have fun actually in my own company, and besides I have both good friends and a good family.

The other day we had a my workplace visit by an industrial psychologist who gave a speech about stress. She gave for example good exercises to “cheat the brain into thinking the brain is happy.

Just when we are stressed we are not so good to relax and laugh, and laughter is important because laughing releases endorphins in the brain which in turn helps to reduce the number of stress hormones in the brain.

I’ve heard about laughter therapy that can help on pains. And I’ve tried laughter therapy, where you start to laugh undertaken and before you know it you laugh actually for real.

Laughter is contagious so if you do it together with other, well then I have experienced that it offers really great amusement.

If you do not like to laugh assumed when one is alone, one can put a finger or pencil in the mouth, the pencil should be so far into the mouth corners that the mouth squeezed out or up as when you smile and laugh.
