I dag skal vi snakke om den lille sladrehank. Jeg tænker på den sladrehank som sladre om vores alder. Nu er det ikke fordi jeg synes det er en hemmelighed hvilken alder jeg har. Jeg fylder 51 år lige om lidt og jeg har det fint med det.

Selv om jeg har det fint med min alder vil jeg gerne være den bedste version af mig selv. Og det tror jeg såmænd også du gerne vil. Det er derfor jeg gerne vil dele et lille tip med dig.

Det handler om vores hals. Vi er rigtig gode til at huske og pleje huden i ansigtet, men ofte får huden på halsen ikke samme opmærksomhed. Og så er det, at det kan ske at huden på halsen pludselig er blevet slap.

Men selv om det er sket, så er der håb forude. For lige som muskerne i arme, ben og mave kan trænes og strammes op, så kan halsens muskler også strammes op.

Det er vigtigt at pleje huden på halsen lige så godt som huden i ansigtet. Når du smørre creme på halsen skal du altid smøre i opadgående bevægelser. Smør gerne i løbet af dagen, hvis huden er tør. Lige som huden i ansigtet skal skrubbes en gang om ugen, så skal huden på halsen også skrubbes.

Der til kommer som sagt nogle øvelser som du kan gøre dagligt for at stramme musklerne i halsen op:

  1. Stræk tungen ud mod næsen og hold den der så længe som du kan.
  2. Luk munden og pres tungen op i ganen i fem ti sekunder. Gental alle de gange du kan holde ud, dog mindst ti gange.
  3. Vip ansigtet opad og vip nakken tilbage. Bøj din kæbe ved at åbne og lukke munden. Gentag flere gange.
